    Wow!  Amazing food.  I just had their food at the food truck festival in Bennington, VT and it was extraordinary.  I can't imagine how good it would be in their restaurant.  I took the time to find them online and just hope that I can actually locate the restaurant so I can try some more. I had the leg of lamb and borscht.  No shortcuts, just real food and real good.
